1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

• Personal hygiene products, cosmetics, consumables, or made-to-order items.
• Products purchased under final clearance or “non-returnable” labels.

2. Return Procedure

1. Log in to your Altrom.in account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Click on Request Return and provide the reason & photos (if applicable).
3. Our support team will review the request within 48 hours.
4. Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the item.
5. After inspection, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Account).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting account details.

4. GST and Refund Calculation

• Refunds include applicable GST paid at the time of purchase.
• In cases where only a part of the order is returned, GST will be refunded proportionally.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• If you are returning a product due to personal preference (e.g., color or size), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

6. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be in resalable condition. Any item showing signs of wear, usage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
